This project involves the upgrade of existing fire measures to common areas and within twenty-five occupied units to address a Fire Order issued by the local authority.  

The scope of works generally includes installation of new fire doors, metal handrails to match existing, fire sealing of existing service penetrations between levels and fire proofing party walls between units.
