Walking the talk

Community engagement goes far beyond ‘ticking a box’ for us. It’s an opportunity to build real relationships and leave our communities better off for having partnered with us.

Partnering with ‘the little guys.’

We select our partnerships based on alignment with not just the Jordi Construct values, but the values of our client.

Our people meeting local trades and mapping out community organisations through the tender period are the same people letting trades and delivering on our community engagement initiatives throughout the delivery phase.

We’ll never be too big or too important to give the communities in which we work our time.

Jordi Construct recognises the rich Indigenous heritage of this country and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live. We pay our respects to their Elders both past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

We have taken steps toward our first Reconciliation Action Plan by basing our pathway to Indigenous Participation on three core pillars;

– Relationships

– Respect

– Opportunity

Our Jordi Community

Close-knit, but diverse.

For our team, this is more than just a job – it is an environment where growth is achieved, recognition is given, and goals are set. Shared success is a by-product of this environment, and we know it.

The Jordi Construct culture is where our core values really shine. Our team has built genuine relationships, founded on integrity and a shared passion for excellence.

We trust each other to do what we say we’ll do, which in turn gives our clients the confidence to trust us, too.
