Site Manager
Experienced Site Manager required for a complex Defence project within a live environment. You will be the main on-site point of contact and lead daily operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
You will coordinate subcontractors, manage daily site activities, and ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and defence requirements. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential.
Previous experience in complex construction environments is preffered, with defence project experience and relevant security clearances highly regarded.

Cadet
We are seeking a motivated Construction Cadet to join our team and gain hands-on experience across a range of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry while learning from experienced professionals.
In this role, you will support site and project teams with day-to-day activities, including assisting with coordination of trades, monitoring site progress, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. You will gain exposure to both site and office-based functions, developing a well-rounded understanding of the construction process.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, reliable, and have strong communication and organisational skills.
