Jordi Construct delivered the heritage repair works to Government House, which included the replacement of the failing cement fibre shingles with tanalised timber shingles, new support batons and insulation along with upgrades to the gutters and downpipes.

The project also involved repairing the skylight and chimney flashings along with internal repairs to address water damage and cracking. Restoration works to the timber joinery including the verandah, eave boards, cellar door frame and doors.
