Supply and construction of the replacement of the failing cement fibre shingles with tanalised timber shingles, new support batons and insulation. Additional works included replacement of gutters and downpipes, repair of skylight and chimney flashings, repair of verandah, eave boards, cellar door frame and doors, and internal crack repairs due to water ingress and poor ceiling access.
