This project involved theheritage restoration of the Greenway Wall, a part of the original 1818Macquarie Lighthouse designed by convict architect Francis Greenway.

The restoration returned thewall to its original structure, reinstating quartz-rich sandstone sourced fromAppin, chosen to match the original material. The restoration preserved andenhanced this culturally important landmark for public appreciation and futuregenerations.

Included in the works was anew brass plaque ground mounted, framed by deco granite and engraved sandstone,a new scenery seating area with carved sandstone and new informative signage.
