Project involved upgrades to the Holsworthy Barracks Sewer Plant and associated systems which included installation of approximately 4.4km of sewer pipework to connect the local facility's sewer system to the main system network for the Defence Base.

Works also included electrical compliance upgrades, installation of 20kW Photovoltaic Solar System to offset usage from sewage pumping station, modifications to existing roof mounted access system, installation of new 15,000 litre sewer pump station with submersible grinder macerator pumps and control panel, a new localised alarm monitoring system and 80mm pump truck suction line. Installation of new double gates and approximately 2.2km of chainwire fencing and shade cloth along Old Illawarra Road. Demolition of existing building F0118 and makegood of ground.
