Jordi Construct were engaged to undertake the refurbishment works to six buildings at Defence's Marrangaroo Army Depot under a Design & Construct contract. The project involved upgrade works to the internal and external areas of the buildings including replacement of gutters and downpipes throughout the buildings, distribution board replacement, repainting of internal and external surfaces, installation of compliant handrails and flooring upgrades.
Design work included architectural and engineering services for the replacement of guttering, downpipes, roofing and rotting timberwork, architectural and engineering services for the installation of handrails, and electrical services design for the replacement of the distribution board.
