This Design & Construct project involved refurbishment works to Buildings 346 and 350 at RAAF Base Richmond, delivering comprehensive upgrades to building fabric and services. Key works included asbestos removal, roof replacement, new ceilings and flooring, internal and external painting, and upgrades to gutters, timber elements, and window furnishings.

Building 350 also included construction of a compliant entry ramp, new canopy, door replacements, and full refurbishment of ablutions, storage, and office areas. Across both buildings, the project incorporated hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, fire, and security service upgrades, including new drainage, lighting, ventilation, fire detection systems, and access controls, along with associated design and approvals.
