This Design & Construct project for the Department of Defence and the Macquarie Barracks stakeholders involved design and construction of a new Multi Use Facility (A0014) for the continual training and activities of Cadets, including classrooms accommodating up to 65 cadets and staff, simulation room, computer rooms, offices, storerooms, and facilities.

Additional scope included ASP3 Design and Level 1 Electrical Works for a new substation, civil works for a new sitewide stormwater drainage and sewerage system upgrade, complete asphalt repair works to the Parade Ground, refurbishment of the Drill Hall (A0001), and demolition of multiple existing structures.
