This Design & Construct project for the Department of Defence at Macquarie Barracks involved delivering a new multi-usetraining facility for up to 65 cadets, including classrooms, simulation andcomputer rooms, offices, and support spaces.

The works also included installation of a new substation and electrical infrastructure, sitewide stormwater and sewer upgrades, asphalt repairs to the parade ground, and refurbishment of the existing Drill Hall. The project was completed alongside the demolition of several redundant buildings and structures.
